Having gathered lukewarm water in a bathtub, add to it a droplet of aromatic oil or aromatic foam (it is only careful, look on contraindication jars for pregnant women). It is possible to light aromatic candles. Do not forget about your favourite music. Though, it is better to include classics, your favourite hits can cast memoirs and lead to tears.

2. As soon as everything is ready, slowly and carefully plunge into water. Close eyes. You breathe quietly, deeply and evenly.

3. Blindly try "to dive" to your kid. Present what he, feel what it does this second. Talk to him, calling the kid by name. If the name is not prepared yet, replace it with "Sun" or "Bittock". It is possible to tell to the kid what happened to you in a day, to tell your favourite fairy tale or to sing a lullaby. Surely you say about the love for it, about how you look forward to its emergence and yours with it meetings.
