1. Moisten a mustard plaster in warm water and apply to skin on a back or a breast. Skin has to be without visible damages, otherwise the strong irritation will appear. 2. Put a towel on the applied mustard plasters. For strengthening of effect it is possible to put and the cellophane sack, burning at the same time will be much stronger, but the effect will amplify. Only not each child will suffer and it is necessary to remove a compress before the put time.
3. Close the kid a blanket, and in 5-15 minutes remove mustard plasters and wipe skin with a damp towel. If necessary apply nourishing cream. Time of influence depends on endurance of the kid, some children begin to cry already in a few minutes and refuse to lie therefore select optimum suitable number of minutes proceeding from a specific situation.
