It is named the child at his birth and registration in department of civil registration. Mother and the father write the application and specify in it full names which need to be appropriated to the child and to write down in his first document – the birth certificate. If parents for any reasons want to change the child a name, it is necessary to address to bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE at the place of residence or in a place of registration of the birth of the child.

Instruction
1. Write the application. Specify a full name of the child, a full name of mother and the father, a home address, a name which needs to be written down in the birth certificate after change and the reason which moved you it to make. Submit the documents proving the identity and their photocopies. In 2 months the name to the child will be changed and will grant the birth certificate with a new name.
2. If in the birth certificate of the child in the column the father costs a crossed out section, the father is deprived of the parental rights, incapacitated or condemned for the term of more than three years, then the statement has to arrive from mother and permission from tutorship and guardianship authorities.
3. If desired the father to change a name to the child it is necessary to get permission from the child's mother. If from mother of the child the application for change of a name to the child did not arrive, then it is possible to change it only by a court decision. For this purpose the father of the child has to submit the petition.
4. From 14 years after obtaining the passport the child can change a full name with the permission of mother. For this purpose the child has to write the application in bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE and present notarial permission of mother to change of the name.
5. From 16 years of people can independently change a full name, without getting permission from mother, only according to own statement with the indication of the reason for which he wants to change a surname, a name or a middle name.
