In the modern world before children a huge number of opportunities and prospects reveals, and each child has a choice whom he will want to become in the future. Each parent dreams that the child achieved in life something standing and significant, and worries about whether in the future their kid will be able suit the life and to find a successful and interesting job. For this reason, today more and more parents pay attention to career guidance of children which allows to define what the child reaches for that interests him what future he sees ahead.
Instruction
1. Do not make a mass mistake – do not choose the future of the children for them. Your children are not an object for execution of your unfulfilled dreams. Give to the child the chance to choose the way independently, listen to his opinion to understand that he wants to receive from life and whom wants to become.
2. Do not force the child to go on that way which he did not choose. Remember that the main thing in a profession – not the salary, but pleasure which the child in the future will derive from the work. People work to live, but do not live to work – therefore if the person does not derive pleasure from work, he will never be able to achieve in it success and to earn some serious sums of money. Allow the child to choose a profession, being guided by own feelings and an intuition.
3. It is very important to speak with the child language clear to it. Do not appeal difficult and unclear terms which mean nothing to the child – help it to show the creative abilities and talents, comment on his decisions and progress so that the child understood you.
4. Do not use abstract words in communication with the child – he will not understand phrases about a debt, responsibility, situation in society. Allow it to express own opinion, and this opinion, perhaps, will differ from yours. Children should not be afraid to argue with parents – accept their ideas as your children are people of a new era, so, their ideas and priorities absolutely others, than yours.
5. Watch the child since early childhood carefully – it will help to define, than he most of all is fond what he reaches for what games prefers and what actions give it most of all pleasure. The main thing is to have talent for any profession, and only then it is necessary to receive necessary theoretical and practical skills.
6. If the child decided to choose any given profession, do not dissuade him, do not frighten by failures – support the child. He should not be afraid of difficulties – he begins the independent way in the adult world, and support of parents who do not impose on it the opinion, is very important here. Respect the choice of the child – perhaps, he will make him happy.
