Then take it, insert a nose superficially into a nostril, incline the child's head towards a free nostril and begin to pour water. It has to leave other nostril therefore during the procedure the child needs not to breathe too deeply. Then repeat with other nostril.
Instead of a cuckoo you can use a mini-enema or a usual teapot. Only do not try to thrust a tip deeply inside, you can wound mucous.
Sometimes experts recommend when holding the let procedure on an exhalation speak "ку". It allows to direct a stream in the necessary direction. From here and name of the device "cuckoo".
