7. Keep physical activity, comfortable for your situation. Of course, it is not necessary to jump and run. Choose safe gymnastics, try to go more on foot. Remarkably, if you have an opportunity to visit the pool.

8. Be not fond of diets at all and if "pulls" you on some product, do not refuse to yourself pleasure to eat it. Popular belief that flavoring addictions of the pregnant woman are dictated by requirements of the growing fruit. Only the observing doctor can appoint a diet.
