5. Approximately from half a year it is possible to give to the child the buckwheat cooked on cow's milk. Milk should not be fat. It is better to choose what is intended especially for small children. Anyway it needs to be parted with water in equal parts. Cook this porridge just as for a feeding up. The consistence depends on as far as your kid already got used to rather dense food.

6. The child of 9 months can sweeten buckwheat a little. Of course, if there is no allergy. Instead of sugar it is possible to use fructose or at once to cook porridge on sweet milk or cream. Usually kids like sweet food, but there are also exceptions so be not surprised if suddenly your child prefers buckwheat without sugar.

7. The kid who has an allergy to sugar should not give this product, of course. But it does not mean at all that he will eat unsweetened porridge all the time. It is possible to find a way out by means of other products which not only are allowed your kid, but also are pleasant to it. It can be fruit purees.
