Vegetables are an important source of vitamins and other useful substances, but to sometimes force the child there are vegetables quite difficult. However in this case it is possible to cook tasty and useful vegetable soup which for certain will be pleasant to the kid.

- For preparation of the wiped vegetable soup: potatoes – 1 piece, carrots – ½ pieces, a white cabbage – 50 g, oil – 1 h l, sour cream – 1 tablespoon.
- For preparation of soup from haricot: white beans – 50 g, milk – 150 g, butter – ½ h l, water – 600 ml, salt solution – 1 tsp, toasts from white bread.
- For preparation of vegetable soup: potatoes – ½ pieces, carrots – 1/8 pieces, a pumpkin piece, are a little cauliflower, milk – ½ glasses, water – ¾ a glass, butter – 1.5 h l, salt solution – ½ h l
Instruction
1. Cook to the child the wiped vegetables soup. Peel potatoes, carrots, cabbage, wash out, fill in with 1.5 glasses of cold water and you cook until vegetables become soft. Cool broth, wipe vegetables through a small sieve. Part the received puree with the merged broth, add salt and once again boil. Before giving to a table fill soup with oil and sour cream.
2. Try to make vegetable haricot cream soup. Touch haricot, wash out, pour in hot water and you cook in the closed ware on very weak fire to softness, then wipe through a sieve, add salt solution, the warmed-up raw milk and boil within 3 minutes. With soup put butter in a plate, separately give toasts from white bread.
3. Do not wipe the soup cooked according to this recipe, and just give with a piece of butter and toasts. Wash up carrots, potatoes, pumpkin, clean, slice, sort a cauliflower on small kitties and wash out. Stew carrots in a small amount of water with oil addition. With the boiling water put stewed carrots, pumpkin, potatoes and a cauliflower in a pan. You cook under a cover of 20-25 minutes on weak fire. Then add hot milk and salt.
