Children's fears are an emotional reaction of children to various situations and objects which are perceived by them as menacing. The fear has a set of characteristics and changes depending on age of the child. To assist in fight against children's fears – a direct duty of parents. 1. Seriously treat all complaints, fears and fears of your child. Do not laugh at what he tells, you do not tease him.

3. Let the child know that he is not lonely. Explain that all people are afraid of something or tell him about the children's fears.

4. Behave quietly and surely. Do not forget that the scared children lack confidence. Let to the child know that you support him and control a situation.

7. Suggest the child to draw the fears. Give him pencils, paper and ask to represent them in bright color. Then think up the cheerful fairy tale in which they become kind and good about monsters. Gradually the kid will calm down and will begin to cope with the fears independently.

8. You praise the child for any overcoming fear more often. For it this best encouragement. Do not let the kid know at all that you began to love or respect less him for his fears.

9. Create the harmonious atmosphere in family. Surround the kid with love, care, attention and do not leave it alone with the fears.

10. Do not overload imagination of the child. Refuse aggressive animated films, books, toys and music.

11. Do not leave the child of one with people, unfamiliar for it.

12. Tell the child before going to bed kind fairy tales and stories at which there is a hero. Then the child will associate himself with such brave hero and it will be simpler to it to win against all the fears.
