1. With confidence it is possible to say that the child has enough breast milk if he urinates not less than 6-8 times a day. And its urine has to be almost colourless and have a light smell. 5. The child has enough mother's breast milk if from one before other feeding he can sustain a period at 1.5-2 o'clock. And in general, it is recommended to put the baby to a breast according to its first requirement, irrespective of the real reason of his concern.
