The observation is a form of sensory perception of the world thanks to which people can distinguish similar objects, sounds, smells, to learn familiar faces, etc. At adults the process of observation is conscious, children do it selectively and spontaneously. To develop observation in kids, with them it is necessary to be engaged constantly.

Instruction

1. Try to hold the entertaining game aimed at the development of observation with the child. Choose the interesting old Soviet animated film, for example, "A nut twig", "A hedgehog in fog", "A gold antelope", "Look, Maslenitsa!", etc. Directors those years attached great value to details and expressiveness of heroes therefore each shot is sated with small details, not always noticeable at first sight. Watch the animated film together with the kid and discuss it. By means of leading questions find out whether many fine details the child noticed and remembered. Then watch the animated film several times, it is possible on shots, and draw the attention of the kid to those elements about which you asked it and also on music, gestures, looks, sounds and many other things.

2. Think up also other games for development of observation or use exercises which are advised by psychologists. For example, before an exit in a garden think of a subject which you will note on the road. It can be cars of some color, animals, trees of a certain look. Try to look for new objects which the day before were not during a way or you did not notice them. An excellent opportunity to improve observation is to watch a change of seasons. Note with the child of change, happening in the nature to leaving and arrival of seasons, pay its attention to signs and various phenomena.

3. K. Paustovsky, itself, by the way, very liking to notice various natural phenomena remarkably spoke about development of observation. He advised to keep sight "in a string", in a constant tone: "Try month or two to look at everything with a thought that you should write it paints. In the tram, in the bus, you look at people quite so everywhere. And in two-three days you make sure that before you did not see on faces and the 100-th share of what was noticed now. And in two months you learn to see, and you should not force yourself to it any more". Training attentiveness of the child, you give him an opportunity to see a set of interesting things, learn to compare, notice and draw conclusions. And his life will become as a result more colourful, more volume, fuller.
