And then it is desirable to give to the child cottage cheese at the beginning of feeding, previously having pounded it with a small amount of breast milk or the adapted dairy mix.

5. Children's cottage cheese on a way of preparation can be dairy and creamy. Milk cottage cheese is recommended to children with an excess weight as contains a small amount of fat.

6. Cottage cheese can be made and independently. For this purpose take 500 milliliters of boiled milk, add 5 milliliters of 20% solution of chloride of calcium, mix, bring to boiling, and then remove from fire and cool. Decant the received cottage cheese and place in clean ware.

7. It is possible to give to the child only fresh cottage cheese, it is necessary to store it in the fridge in closed form.
