1. Correctly pick up a spoon depending on age of the kid. At its choice be guided not only by the sizes, but also by safety. If the baby without teeth, take a silicone spoon. When the kid already with teeth, give preference to a plastic or usual iron spoon. Do not take too deep as in them there will be a food.
2. During feeding exactly put the kid on quite high stool that it did not escape you. If the child is capricious, give him food in almost symbolical portions. At small filling of a spoon it is easier to get into such small whimsical mouth. When feeding process does not go at all, try to use the distracting factors. Give to the baby of a spoon, a rattle or some other objects which will distract the kid. Until your child is busy with a toy, feed him quicker. When he is tired of toys, give him the chance to tinker independently with porridge. While the kid potters with porridge, you feed him.
3. For the senior children during feeding it is possible to use not toys, and verbal derivation. If decided to feed such fidget, just tell him tales or fairy tales. When the baby periodically opens a mouth from surprise, you will give fast to it the next portion of porridge. Only do not gather too big dispersal not to do much harm to the kid.
4. If your child flatly refuses to eat, give him the chance to get hungry. Also take the sizes of your child as small children need less food into account. Do not stuff yours the baby through everyone half an hour with food. When he wants then you feed him, but do not force to food. Just you remember that the children's organism works accurately therefore the kid himself knows the diet.
