Children Hits: 80

Reasonable food and effective education of the growing child are unseparably connected among themselves. Since small years children find not bad developed sense of taste to food: some dishes are absorbed with genuine appetite, others – with disgust, along with character various habits are formed.

When parents care for the planned and healthy food of the child enough and direct habits and tastes as necessary, it helps the correct formation of character and an organism in general. Usually the mode, a variety and compliance of food gets better about a year of life, otherwise eventually the task can become complicated and acquire the problems accompanying it. By the beginning of the second year the child already has to eat rather variously both to taste, and on a smell, color and density of food. Gradually new dishes are entered into a diet, start up more dense which demand chewing even not created children's teeth.

Often happens so that the child does not wish to perceive food, new to it, having got used to liquid milk porridges and breast milk of mom, rejects firmer or dense food which needs to be chewed. Some of parents are frightened by similar refusals, and they seriously think of health problems which do not allow the kid to swallow. Other type of parents makes concessions and chooses only that food which is pleasant to their child, in passing flavoring feeding with entertainments and fairy tales. All this only fixes habits and in the subsequent badly affects the state of health of the child.

Than improper feeding can do much harm?

First of all, digestion is broken, there are locks, spasms, the anemia develops. However such consequences come to light not at once, and over time during which children can look healthy and put on weight.

Sometimes parents, after belief in uselessness of arrangements, look for an exit in the psychological pressure upon the child - it is both threats, and punishments and use of force. Such ways of influence are inadmissible, they can aggravate a situation and, shortly, develop a number of diseases of nervous and digestive system.

The main substances have to be present at a daily diet of children in the required quantity, quality and proportionality. And only when maintaining balance of food food will bring to the child satiety and will begin to be acquired fully by an organism which by all means will direct all forces to growth and healthy functioning of bodies of the growing kid.
