The high cost of such medical care sometimes becomes an absolute obstacle for young couples. But it is possible to undergo this procedure and at the expense of the special program of the state, for this purpose it is necessary to execute several steps.
Instruction
1. First of all it is necessary to address to clinic for women at the place of residence. The gynecologist has to collect the necessary package of documents (the extract from stories diseases containing information on the state of health of the patient, results of researches, analyses, the carried-out treatment, recommendations of need of the ECO procedure), to sign them at the manager of clinic for women and to transfer to the commission which considers all similar applications.
2. It is necessary to write the application in the regional Ministry of Health. It is necessary to enclose the copy of the passport, an extract from the clinical record to the application (with the obligatory conclusion of the attending physician about need of use of auxiliary reproductive technologies), the copy of the evidence of mandatory pension insurance of the patient, the copy of the policy of compulsory health insurance. After filing of application it is considered on the commission till 10 days. The commission directs the patient for passing of the ECO procedure and issues the coupon on rendering HTMC (hi-tech medical care).
3. If on the commission the positive decision is made, then all documents go to the ECO federal center for the residence of the patient. Further the management of clinic makes the decision on date of reception of the patient. In office of ECO of the medical center it is necessary to provide: the coupon on rendering hi-tech medical care, an extract from the clinical record, results of analyses, the copy of the passport, the conclusion signed with the main thing regular and non-staff experts of your region (it becomes on the commission considering the request for ECO). The decision is made in time from 3 (if the patient is present personally) to 10 days (if documents are directed by mail), what the patient will be reported by the attending physician of clinic for women about. He will give the direction on free treatment of infertility.
