The children's Eaglet camp is near Tuapse, on the bank of the Black Sea. All the year round the camp accepts children on rest. Sea air, attentive teachers, good food, fascinating actions are favorable conditions for rest.
It is required to you
- - copy of the passport or birth certificate;
- - permit to the camp;
- - medical record;
- - certificate of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing;
- - copy of the insurance health policy.
Instruction
1. Study the official information provided on the website of "Eaglet" and choose date (or month) arrival.
2. Send by fax (86167) 92-7-06 the request for acquisition of the permit where specify a full name of one of parents, the child's full name, date of birth, the place of residence, number of desirable change (usually coincides with serial number of calendar month), specify the name of the camp (Solar, Prompt, Patrol, Komsomol, Star, Storm). Also specify how you want to pay the permit – cash for arrival to the camp or non-cash payment. In this case will send you the receipt. Unpack and pay it.
3. Acquire tickets to Tuapse, having timed arrival by the beginning of change. Warn the management of the camp about arrival of the child or group of children. Report date, number of the train and car that they could be met at the station. Provide children and attendants with all necessary phone numbers whenever possible to avoid problems. After the meeting at the station, the special bus will bring children to evakobazu-hotel, and then directly to the camp.
4. If you have no opportunity to independently send the child in "Eaglet", address depending on a situation to municipalities of domicile, office of the Ministry of Education, department of social security where, perhaps, you will be able to be helped. Since the camp is public institution, allocation of permits at the regional level is probable.
5. It is possible to go in "Eaglet" and as the leader. If to you 20-26 years, you have any higher or specialized secondary social pedagogical education, send the CV to the camp address. After approval of your application, collect necessary documents: the passport, the medical book, the health policy, the diploma about education, a photo, the evidence of pension insurance and the certificate of non-conviction. Under the employment contract you will have to work not less than 1 year.
