In kindergarten it is necessary to hold a PTA meeting 4-5 times in a year. The first PTA meeting is held in September when children pass into the following group. At it the parental committee which will deal with economic everyday issues is elected and to solve all arising problems. Instruction
1. It is necessary to warn parents about day and hour of a PTA meeting in two weeks, having hung up the announcement on a group bulletin board. Also the tutor has to tell in a verbal form to parents that there will be a meeting and to ask to be present surely.
2. Both tutors working in this group have to be trained for holding a PTA meeting in common. It is necessary to write the plan of carrying out and to ask the head of the kindergarten and the senior educational work teacher to be present on a meeting, especially if there is a discussion of the general subjects which concern all preschool institution.
3. At the beginning of the meeting it is necessary to tell briefly about progress of children about new skills and abilities which children gained. To tell about that which of children especially succeeded in the developing classes and who else needs to work a little. To explain what classes it is necessary to give in house conditions if the meeting is held in preparatory group. Nothing bad about the child is told in presence of all parents. If it is necessary to discuss any personal subject, the parent of the child ask to remain after the meeting.
4. If at a meeting there is a representative of administration of kindergarten, then the general kindergarten subjects are brought up. For example, about repair or improvement of the playground.
5. The chairman of parental committee acts. Everyday and economic issues are resolved. Needs for which it is necessary to raise money are defined and a general meeting decides in what quantity and when it will be made.
6. If the meeting precedes, to any holiday or a significant event in group, then problems which can arise when holding these actions and about the help which parents when holding celebrations can render are solved.
7. Generally, at a PTA meeting all subjects concerning educational process and economic and household activity of this establishment are solved.
