7. Take one dumbbell both hands palms up, slowly raise and lower hands not less than 20 times.

8. You hold dumbbells in both hand, bend forward and be unbent, lifting them over the head, lower hands. Repeat 20 times.

9. Bend forward, part hands in the parties and stronger cross them before yourself so that brushes touched a back. Relax hands and repeat exercise of 10 times.
