At the same time they are absolutely sure of themselves as though they did so already many times.
2. 2. Indigo understand who are they. This surprising quality which ordinary children possess quite seldom. While most of kids ask parents: "Who do I am?", indigo children can perfectly answer this question. They perfectly realize that they are not similar to others.
3. 3. As indigo do not recognize absolute authorities. Indigo children need freedom of choice. They will not be able to communicate with those adults who impose the opinion even if these adults are parents. It is worth treating such children with respect, to explain them the position and to suggest to define the actions.
4. 4. Indigo cannot sometimes make simple things. If indigo children do not understand the importance of any action, then will not do it. Not of obstinacy – it is simple they have more important tasks. Usually it concerns the most elementary things, like washing of hands or expectation in turn.

It most often happens in school where respect for a huge number of rules – a basis only. Indigo children often propose simpler solutions for things which we got used to do differently. Because of it they do not have relations with teachers or parents if the last are too strict.

If in the district there is no other "special" child, then indigo will prefer to be away from crowd of peers. The kindergarten and school do not simplify, and often only complicate socialization, sticking a label of "derelict" to the indigo child.

The first – its attention to something is simple to switch that will seem to it more interesting. The second – to talk to it, first of all – attentively to listen to the child and already then to speak most. Let he will understand (and he is capable of it), for some reason, what he does – incorrectly.

Try to consider statements of the child and whenever possible to perceive them the same as if spoke with the adult.
