4. Drink more water. Very often people confuse feeling of hunger and feeling of thirst therefore before food the nutritionists recommend to drink a glass of water which besides will fill a stomach and will not allow you to overeat during the subsequent meal. Also consumption of herbal teas, fruit drinks and fresh juices without sugar is welcomed.

5. Move more. Try to walk more on foot in the fresh air. Do swimming. During swimming you not only will weaken load of the back tied with incubation of the kid, but also will be able to support muscles of all body in a tone. Many doctors recommend for keeping fit during incubation of the child to practice yoga for pregnant women.
