For some parents it is simpler to buy a ready bed for the child. However if you have boards and suitable tools why not to make it independently? And there are no difficulties here if it is correct to do everything, according to an established order of actions.
Instruction
1. Processing. Boards (even bought in shop) demand obligatory processing. For it you need to use a plane. As for thickness, board thickness in 40 millimeters optimum is considered. It will be slightly more difficult from 50 millimetric boards.
2. Raspilka. It is recommended to cut boards previously having calculated all sizes by the mattress sizes. At the same time it is better to buy a mattress in advance and precisely once again to measure it.
3. Further there is a grinding – an obligatory stage of processing of boards. For it you will need the flat grinder. At the same time it is recommended to choose network number 8.
4. The following step – assembly. At this stage you need to aggregate all design with use of self-tapping screws. By the way, you should not save on their quality.
5. Production of a headboard. To make a bed headboard, it is better to use a fibreboard. Apply already cut off back to a design of a bed and take it below screws. Further fix the top part on self-tapping screws with a wide hat.
6. The last stage is a painting. For painting of a bed you need a brush and wood stain. It is necessary to paint a product in two layers. Consider that each layer has to dry not less than 4 hours. In case you want a bed of saturated dark color – it is possible to cover it and the third layer.
