For example, divide group into two teams, to one of which distribute cards with the first syllable of a word, and another – respectively, with the second. The task of children is to find "soulmate" of the card and to read a word entirely.

5. Or you can distribute to children of a card on several of whom words are written with mistakes. That team which the first will find all errors wins.
