2. The number of meals has to be certain in the afternoon, at night the child has to have a rest. This rule does not concern babies. It is better to feed the child in certain hours, without doing process of food too long or fast. There is enough 30 minutes that the kid has normally dinner or has breakfast.

3. Food has to be enough that the child gorged on. As the kid grows, it is desirable to enrich his diet with new products, doing the menu to more various.

4. That the appetite of the child was not broken, try to avoid negative emotions during feeding, the situation has to be quiet. If the son or the daughter refuses food, do not force him or her to eat violently. Sometimes one missed meal leads to strengthening of appetite. If it is not restored, do not try to feed the child at all, under the influence of power methods at it permanent violation of appetite can be developed. It is necessary to watch that children did not buy harmful products, for example, chips, Coca-Cola or hamburgers, and replaced with them normal food.
