Make a carnival costume of the Little Mermaid of the most ordinary things: bottles, plastic bags and packing paper. Besides fascinating occupation, your child will learn to protect and keep the environment.

- - plastic bags of different flowers
- - elastic band 50 cm long
- - scissors
- - bilateral adhesive tape
- - glue, usual and with spangles
- - cardboard
- - undershirt
- - blue paints
Instruction
1. For a skirt cut out a detail of the necessary length from polyethylene (that the skirt was up to ankles) and width (waist measurement + 20 cm). Make bottom edges of a skirt rounded off. Paste a strip of a bilateral adhesive tape 3 cm below than the upper edge of a skirt. Over an adhesive tape impose an elastic band and wrap the edge of polyethylene. Make the ends of an adhesive tape and elastic band long. Connect sides of a skirt and stick together them the long ends of an adhesive tape to the line of a curve. Turn out on the face. The skirt with the rounded edges on the center before is ready.
2. Cut out details in the form of fish scales and a strip for a fringe 10-15 cm long from multi-colored packages. Since the lower part of a skirt, by means of an adhesive tape paste a fringe and ranks of scales so that each subsequent row slightly covered previous. Fasten details from plastic bags with an adhesive tape, super-glue or all-purpose adhesive.
3. For the top part of a suit cut out from a package two details in the form of shells and decorate them with glue with spangles. Take an old undershirt and splash it with blue paint. Paste polyethylene shells on an undershirt.
4. For production of hair make a hoop of cardboard and paste on it strips from packages, tapes or a New Year's rain.
