"Not to make plans, so to plan the defeat" - Benjamin Franklin told. Partly therefore, and mainly, because of requirements of supervisory authorities – plans for work with children are obliged to be. Except the reporting, they allow to organize and control pedagogical process correctly. Their drawing up is labor-consuming, the algorithm is simple.

1. Define time frames of the plan – academic year, summer, month or a quarter. The plan can be annual (or perspective), calendar (for week or day). And also define work type – educational, educational, educational, out-of-school, etc. Reflect these concrete data in heading. For example, annual plan "Nonlearning educational work with student collective".
2. Define and register the work purpose. The purpose in any plan is a required end result which can be measured.
3. Formulate the purpose specifically, clear. It has to be achievable and checked. For example, if you write the plan of educational work, then you, of course, pursue the aim of increase in level of good breeding of children. In practice you will not be able to measure as far as this level increased. Unless using special tests at initial and final stages. Therefore you can specify as point of the purpose "creation of conditions for increase in level of good breeding of pupils" or "for development of personal qualities", etc.
4. Remember that the purpose can include several components – educational, developing and educational. Therefore, within the plan, try to capture them all.
5. Formulate tasks of the planned work. Tasks are accurate points of realization of the purpose. Tasks answer questions as, by what methods and means you will realize the purposes what steps you will take.
6. Define systematicity of the planned work. How many hours a week are allotted for work with children, how many hours for the entire period of planning.
7. Define types of activity of children which are used in work – game, sports, art, labor, etc. Or types of own activities for achievement of the goals – preventive, educational, diagnostic, etc. Types of activity are defined proceeding from specifics of work.
8. For writing of plans various forms are used: text, the tablet card files, (karmanchikovy), text with use, schematical and block, in the form of the cyclogram, the plan scheme, etc. Choose that type which to you reflects work more convenient and best of all, or, what is more often, a form which is taken in your establishment.
9. Create and fill out the table. Specify in a table cap all necessary parameters, such as activity time, date, the direction, types of activity, the planned result.
10. When scheduling consider: results of last periods, the recommendations of pedagogical literature, the best practices of the country, city, school in the planned activity, possibilities of parents, the public, cultural institutions and their educational potential, traditional and other holidays (local and at the level of the country).
