1. Begin maintaining the questionnaire about the child with his birth. Write down each interesting event from life of the kid.
2. Take a notebook and decorate it on the taste. For example, ornament a cover or paste over it with journal cuttings of children's subject or photos of the child.
3. On the first page write the main information on the kid: day and time of the birth, the weight and growth at birth. Specify its color of eyes, a hair and other signs. That the page with characteristic looked more colourfully, add the children's photo.
4. Tell also about yourself a little: dates of birth, kind of activity, short characteristic, etc.
5. Think over the list of standard questions with which the narration about every month of life of the first year of the child will begin. Choose the most informative aspects which give complete idea of development of the kid. In the questionnaire be not limited only to answers "Yes" or "No". Give total characteristics of the child in each of stages of his life.
6. Accompany the dry narration with photos of events, significant for your child: the first step, the first tooth, the first birthday, etc. Keep drawings of your child which can be used as execution of the questionnaire too.
7. In process of growing of the child gradually reduce the period of the indication of data and finish it about one year. With each subsequent record add new questions.
8. Remember that not only changes of key parameters of the child, for example, growth have to be specified in the questionnaire, but also to contain the general narration about his life.
