1. Breastfeeding has the mass of advantages to mother and the child. Maternal milk is easier acquired by the baby, providing it with all necessary vitamins and minerals. Milk normalizes intestinal microflora, protecting the child from infections.
2. Accept a convenient pose for feeding. Correctly chosen pose guarantees good outflow of milk, prevents cracks of nipples.
3. Sit down in a chair or a chair with a back, on knees put a pillow. Take the child so that his head was on an elbow bend.
4. It is possible to feed the child lying if you underwent an operation and you cannot sit so far. In this pose it is convenient to feed the kid at night. You lie on one side, the kid too sideways and you slightly hold him.
