Any parent dreams that his child was the cleverest, the most gifted and the most bright. Nevertheless, at some parents children surprise with the powers of thinking, and at others do not shine with them. How to bring up the child to stimulate his mental activity and to develop his thinking? It is not so difficult if the nobility of the rule of communication with the kid and if know that it motivates it on intellectual development.
Instruction
1. Perceive children as equal to. Children always feel when parents treat them scornfully – do not consider the children silly and dull. Believe in the child – he has to feel that his ingenuity is not exposed to doubts from parents.
2. In many respects children prove more sincere and clever, than adults. Try to learn from them to it. Children study on an example – if they see that the adult studies something too, they will study in reply.
3. Do not try to train specially in something the child – listen to his own requirements and the ideas and if you see that the child masters something new, just support him, help it to realize new experience and new information.
4. The important element in education and training of the child is his readiness and desire to study. Your task – in awakening this desire. Maintain curiosity and the interest of the child in any things – help it to develop the world and to study what he wants to learn.
5. Help children to be engaged in things, interesting to them, – do not force children to do what, in your opinion, will be useful for them, but to what they do not show any interest. Is useless to force the child to do any things – it you can only do much harm to him. The child can learn something only independently, with your help and support.
6. Do not use violent methods of education, do not force the child to study what is not pleasant to it. You can awaken the interest of the child in something, but not violently, and by means of imagination, virtuosity and parental love and also own example. The child has to observe you and want to make the same, as you.
7. Do not prevent the child to develop. Do not decide for him that for it it is better – the child himself feels intuitively what things are useful to it and what are harmful. You can send this knowledge to the right course only.
8. Help the child to develop the independent strong personality – for this purpose you do not need to do everything for the child and to make for him decisions. It is enough to maintain its activity and to encourage it. Always reckon with the choice of children – beginning from simple cases when the child chooses a toy or color of clothes, and finishing with the choice of the place of study and a profession in the future.
9. In education and training of the child do not stop on something one. Try to develop the child multilaterally, make him by the many-sided person. Show to the child the big prospects opening around him.
10. Do not allow highly specialized education of the child. Think out such developing games and classes which will contribute to the most versatile development of the kid together with the child. Than the interests of the child will be more various, especially harmonious and clever he will be in the future, and his training will concern both the intellectual, and sensual sphere.
11. You praise the child, encourage him and you love – it will always motivate him to gain new knowledge and to develop.
