To do or not to do to the kid of an inoculation in maternity hospital - only parents solve. Nobody, even medical personnel has the right to influence mom if that decided to refuse vaccination. Therefore to protect the child from excess pricks, each parent needs to know how it is correct to make it.
Instruction
1. If future mom is incited against any inoculations in maternity hospital, she has full authority to refuse them according to law No. 157-FZ of 17.09.1998 "About immunoprevention of infectious diseases" where it is clearly said that all have the right to refuse inoculations (Article 5), and inoculations are carried out by the minor only with the consent of parents (statya11).
2. Collecting necessary documents in maternity hospital, make the written statement about refusal of inoculations if you consider that to your child they to anything. The application is written addressed to the chief physician of medical institution in which you will give birth. It has to be in duplicate. Attach the original to the card which at your receipt in maternity hospital will remain at medical staff. Keep the copy. Will not be superfluous if the child's father undersigns for the statement.
3. Often the medical staff of maternity hospital does not even ask the consent of mom to performing vaccination of the kid. It is direct violation of the law therefore it is necessary to discuss this issue with the doctor in advance. Let it know clearly that you refuse any procedures. The doctor has to record your decision and track that to the child stuck nothing.
4. To the woman in labor directly in maternity hospital can sometimes suggest to sign a negative leaf if she after all does not want to impart the kid. In this case it is necessary to read attentively the document and to specify what inoculations you refuse and to what you agree. If in the text of the submitted application only separate vaccines, but not all complex are specified, demand to add the list.
5. In spite of the fact that nevertheless will not do to the kid upon the demand of mom hepatitis B inoculation, physicians can threaten the woman not to write out them with the kid without vaccine BCZh. It is necessary to know that they have no right to make it. Mother has the right to refuse any procedures, and the law will be on her party. In that case the medical staff will not be responsible for health of not imparted child.
6. It is the best of all for the women who are giving birth in paid maternity hospitals to include in the contract point that after the delivery no vaccination will be done to her child at once.
