1. Within the first three months of life of the kid the organization of a day regimen consists in constant time of bathing of the child and laying for night sleep. The newborn is still very small to exhaust enough milk at one time of food. He quickly is tired, falls asleep. Besides breast milk very quickly is digested, leaving feeling of hunger. Therefore pediatricians agree in opinion that feeding of the child has to happen according to his first requirement.

2. In the first months do not try to develop equal intervals between feedings of the kid. Keeping waiting for the put hour, you push the child to shouts and a hysterics. First, it negatively affects a mental condition of the kid. Secondly, after several minutes of constant crying it will be difficult to you to calm to a roar. At the same time trying to feed the child who did not get hungry yet, you risk to provoke developing of gripes from overeating.

If nothing helps, and the baby demands food, feed him with a small amount of milk or mix, having left the most part of a portion on the planned meal. Try to come for walks at the same time. 5. Closer to half a year the feeding up is entered into a children's diet. It surpasses breast milk in the caloric content therefore intervals between feedings can be increased till 4 o'clock. The child has breakfasts, lunches, dinners and food before going to bed. In intervals offer the kid juice, water and compotes. Night feedings by a breast can gradually be replaced with kefir.

6. That the small child did not confuse a daytime sleep with night, show it a difference. It is not obligatory to switch off a sound background from the TV or radio in the afternoon, it is enough to make only loudness more silent. Also it is not necessary to curtain off windows. Preparing for night sleep, it is necessary to create a silent and dark situation, it is good to air the room.
