1. To sew a puffy skirt, in advance get 2-3 m of fabric. Tulle, tulle, nylon, crepe satin and other similar fabrics will be suitable for these purposes. Take a Whatman paper or special paper and put in left we will return to a corner a point. From this point it is necessary to draw a horizontal line to the right and the vertical line strictly down. Then start cutting strips for the top tiers of a skirt. Only after that cut out strips for the lower tier. 7. Sew a finishing ribbon between tiers. Then take free edge of the top tier and make on it small assembly by means of a sewing pad, as well as in a case with the lower tier. Sew edge of the top tier to the outer edge of the coquette. After that sew already to the inner edge of the coquette the lower tier (petticoat fabric).
8. To connect top and a petticoat together and also to pretend the coquette more esthetic, process edges of the coquette a zigzag. Take an elastic band and pass it in in advance prepared opening on the coquette. Pay attention: length of an elastic band has to be such that it did not draw a children's waist and left it red marks, but at the same time well held a skirt. Now it is possible to sew various decorative tapes to a belt and to tie from them a big beautiful bow. The skirt for your girl is ready.
