Jeans – strong, comfortable and durable clothes which, thanks to the universality, found the place not only in the adult, but also in children's clothes. Today it is practically possible to find jeans in all shops even for the most small children, but not always parents accept the prices and convenience of purchased trousers. An exit from such situation – tailoring of children's jeans in house conditions. To sew jeans for the child, take own old jeans from soft and convenient fabric.
Instruction
1. Take any trousers of the child and apply them to old jeans, having put in half. Circle them on a contour, considering allowances for seams, and then cut out details tailor's scissors to receive the found parts of trousers folded by the faces inside.
2. Develop a pattern. Stitch an U-shaped contour of an armhole a strong double seam from a wrong side, and then turn preparation. You will see that it got a form of children's trousers with the sewed average seam. Stitch side seams on the machine and turn out future jeans on the face.
3. Trousers for the child are almost ready – it was necessary to finish them and to make a comfortable belt. Take elastic and strong knitted fabric and you will find from it a strip for a belt of the necessary width.
4. Sew it in a ring, and then bend the upper edge on couple of centimeters and stitch that it was possible to insert an elastic band into the received line. Sew bottom edge of a belt to the upper edge of future jeans.
5. On the fabric which remained from old jeans cut out small pockets, being guided by a form of pockets of the kidswear which is already available for you. Bend edges of pockets inside and iron the iron. Stitch pockets on a contour, decorate with a decorative line or appliques, and then a pristrochita to a back part of jeans.
6. Plain and comfortable children's jeans are ready – you can decorate them with an embroidery and a tape in addition.
