It is difficult to be the winner always and in everything, but to behave adequately during loss is a victory, a small victory over itself too. The ability to lose is put in the childhood therefore parents have to pay it special attention.

1. Show to the child on own example, to behave properly during loss. Congratulate him on a victory and shake hands when he wins, for example, in board games.

2. Explain to him that failure is an important experience and if he sees the mistakes, it has a chance further them not to allow. Any today's defeat can become the platform for future victories.

3. Support the child by the love. When he is sure that it is loved, irrespective of its victories and defeats, it is simpler to it to cope with negative situations.

4. Teach the child to splash out emotions correctly. He can shout, stamp legs, jump, but its aggression should not harm other people.

5. Try to explain to the kid that participation in a game is the most important. Teach him to take out from process of a game all best – emotions, skills. When the child becomes interested in the game, he will adequately perceive defeats and victories.

6. Leave it for some time that he could endure failure independently. Then together try to understand why so it turned out. Having found errors, help the child to work them.

7. Teach the child to distribute responsibility for failures truly. Defeat depends on such factors as attentiveness, luck, level of training.

8. You praise the kid both for victories, and for worthy behavior during loss. Tell it what it began to play much better that rivals had to sweat to take away from it a palm.

9. You learn to treat feelings of other children with respect validly. A victory – it is fine, but you should not offend losers, to laugh at them. Let the child will encourage the friends. If he to learn it is correct to react to defeat of the companions, then and will perceive own misses much more quietly.
