How to transfer the child to home schooling

Receiving secondary education by children at home in our country is carried out in two forms: home training and family education. Home training is provided to children who for health reasons cannot attend school. At this form of education to the child the individual plan of training is formed, teachers visit him at home. At family education the child studies at home independently by means of parents and attends school only for passing of regular certifications and examinations.

Instruction

1. If the child is transferred to home schooling for health reasons, collect all its medical documents. Address in policlinic at the place of residence the deputy chief physician for kliniko-expert work (the deputy on KER). After carrying out kliniko-commission of experts will issue you the certificate of need of home training for the child. Pay attention: on the reference there have to be not less than 3 signatures, the rectangular and round press.

2. If you transfer the child to family training at own will, file to your local Department of Education a petition for the transfer to training in the form of family education. The special commission which part representatives of department, school and the child's parents will be will be created. As a result of a meeting of the commission the order on attachment of the child to a certain school for training in the external studies and passings of final assessments will be issued.

3. With the reference from policlinic or the order from department address the principal to which attached your child. Write the application addressed to the principal for transfer of the child to home or family training. On the basis of the documents submitted by you the order on school will be issued.

4. Together with you the administration of school will develop the plan of training of your child with definition of the schedule of certifications.

5. If the child is transferred to family training, between school and parents the contract is signed. The rights and obligations of all parties (schools, parents and the child), terms of certifications have to be accurately registered in it.

6. To parents the log-book of the passable classes is issued. In it the passable subjects, the number of class periods (are noted at home training) and progress of the child. The school provides the child with textbooks and other methodical literature.
