Fungal diseases (mycoses) at children are caused by the parasitizing fungi which disputes get to leather and hypodermic cellulose through microinjuries. Treatment of mycoses depends on weight, the nature of a disease and the area of defeat.
1. Keratomikoz - defeat only skin blankets. Carry to Nym scaly deprive which is characterized by emergence of spots of color of coffee with milk of various sizes and forms. Dermatomikoza are shown by peeling, moknuty, a severe itch, formation of numerous bubbles, cracks and erosion. Candidiasis - damage of skin, mucous membrane of an oral cavity, genitals. At the same time there are erosion, vesicles, pustula. At a common form of mycosis the course of a nizoral which dosage makes 200 mg a week is recommended, at treatment of a trichophytia (defeat of a hairy part of the head) most often use griseofulvin in a dose of 62.5 mg in day weighing less than 20 kg (since two-year age), the daily dose weighing from 20 to 40 kg makes 125 mg.
3. The gold standard in external therapy of mycoses is klotrimazol, steadily occupied one of the leading positions in treatment of fungal diseases. Respect for personal hygiene, use only of the hairbrushes and headdresses, washing of hands is recommended.
