In these a case the main thing is to take quickly necessary measures and to give the child first aid before arrival of the doctor.

Instruction
1. While you wait for "ambulance", try to specify as in what quantity the child accepted. It needs to be established to decide whether it is necessary to cause vomiting.
2. It is necessary to wash out to the child a stomach. For this purpose in 1 liter of boiled water it is necessary to dissolve 2 teaspoons of baking soda and to allow the child to drink this solution in as it is possible bigger quantity. After this child it is necessary to put across a bed that his head was given from its edge, and on a floor to put a big basin in which will tear the child. Emetic masses cannot be poured out before arrival of the doctor.
3. Thrust to the child the finger deeply into a mouth, to the basis of language and move a finger there. It has to cause an emetic reflex. It is necessary to do it quickly as the child can bite your finger. If it begins to choke, then will not be able to bite a finger.
4. It is necessary to wash out to the child a stomach not less than 3 times, to almost pure washing waters. Liquid volume for washing depends on age of the kid. At the age of 5-12 months it is required to drink 100 ml of solution at one time, from 2nd to 5 years – 300 ml, of 6 years to 10 – 400 ml, from 11 to 15 years – 500 ml of solution.
5. If the child did not manage to wash out a stomach, try to give it 1 tablespoon of syrup from an emetic root. For the kid will be younger than 2 years enough and 2 teaspoons. If vomiting does not begin in 15 minutes, give one more dose of syrup.
6. After washing of a stomach it is necessary to give to the child activated carbon or any other enterosorbent.
7. It is impossible to wash out a stomach and to cause vomiting at food or gastric bleeding, spasms and if the unconscious child. It is impossible to do washing and at poisonings with detergents, liquids for extermination of insects, not extinguished lime, acid, sal ammoniac, kerosene, gasoline, turpentine.
8. It is impossible to give to drink to also got poisoned child milk as some toxic agents can accelerate the action under the influence of fats.
