Harm of oil of a palm tree in baby food
Palm oil in itself is not harmful to children and adults. It not toxically also does not cause any negative changes in an organism. It is an old saying it is relevant also in relation to palm oil. There is a big set of various horror stories and stories, but it is worth thinking that people ate this fat since the most ancient times (about 5000 years ago) as the alternative simply was not. Whether palm oil is harmful to children or not, it is complex to receive definite answer. Therefore each parent resolves for himself this issue independently. If breastfeeding is not possible, better, after all to trust in food from shop, than to simple cow's milk.
