 One of the most important methods of strengthening of a children's organism is hardening. All methods of hardening can be divided on: the general and special. The general are used during all life of the child all the time and begin with the birth. Carry to them:

  • Air bathtubs - a dream and walks in parks or squares (not near the carriageway).
  • Rubdowns - pound open parts of the body a damp towel of room temperature. Apply only to kids from 7 months. • The general douche - is begun only since two years. Pour over the child in the warm room from a jug or a shower.
  • Bathing in an open reservoir (river, the lake) - can be begun since three years, duration from two to ten minutes. Temperature of a reservoir is not lower than 22 degrees.
  • Solar bathtubs - carry out with extra care! The child after a year it is possible to temper only from 9 to 11 in the morning under supervision of the adult, and it is the best of all under supervision of the nurse.

 Special methods of hardening are contraindicated to children of younger age. It is very important to teach to do the child since early years sports and to watch over the health. Then the child will grow up the healthy full-fledged person!
