At the night of people accepts the most comfortable pose and behaves naturally, without hiding behind habitual masks. For this reason some psychologists see a direct connection between the true nature, lifestyle and poses of a dream.
People who prefer to sleep on a back, having slightly parted in sides of a hand and leg, it is possible to characterize as strong, self-assured, balanced and quiet. To them often happens the vanity, desire to achieve respect of people around, ambition, commitment is peculiar. As a last resort such pose can speak about high self-esteem and egoism.
Quite often the people preferring to sleep on a back put hands on a breast or on a stomach. It can demonstrate to desire to be protected, i.e. about smaller self-confidence and readiness for the conflict.
If the person prefers to sleep on a stomach "in a star pose", i.e. extending hands and legs in different directions and occupying thus a space maximum on a bed, most likely, thirst of the power, aspiration to win and keep the place in the sun is peculiar to it. Also the people preferring such pose of a dream are quite often distinguished by the sequence and reasonableness of actions, a habit to accurately follow the chosen plan, preference of good strategy, but not spontaneity.
Those who like to sleep on a stomach, having stretched hands in the parties, can brag of punctuality and high level of responsibility. They are exacting to others, but are not less exacting also to themselves.
Diffident people often prefer an embryo pose: they curl up, tightening knees to a chin. It is a strong protective pose which can speak about fear of someone or something, about desire to find the good defender, about doubts in the opportunities.
