The organism of each of us in own way behaves during pregnancy: someone feels inflow of forces and can pull up trees, someone on the contrary – a hand cannot move and is ready to oversleep all 9 months in a row. I had something: with terrible toxicosis the first 3 months and sharp transformations in a hippopotamus in the hot sun (hypostases) in the last trimester. For this reason I want to share with you all what helped me, what was experienced.

Toxicosis. First of all – forget all stereotypes dictated by movies. Pickles do not save from toxicosis and there is no wish for them at all! To eat it is better to begin right after awakening in a bed: few times to bite off drying or a piece of black bread, to lie down 5-10 minutes and to try to rise. Personally since morning nothing helped me, but the dense lunch (and it is possible to have dinner three times, with all colleagues at office in turn) became rescue on all second half of day. My friend had warm tea with a lemon, and it became easier for her. Toxicosis can develop both in the first, and in the third trimester (the second is considered the most stable and quiet period). In "summer" toxicosis, in my opinion, there are pluses – many tasty vegetables and fruit, all green, weather excellent around … You want or not, and the mood is lightened and there is a wish for something tasty … Apples, citruses, juice, cucumbers or cutlets – try everything what is wanted and you will find the "confidential" product! They say that toxicosis can become a symptom of a lack of B6 vitamin, but it is about it better to consult with your personal doctor.

Food and drink during a heat. It is worth being especially careful in the summer: during the hot period the possibility of poisoning with perishable products raises (for example, milk). Once you precisely limit consumption of heavy meat dishes (such, a shish kebab) and to refuse absolutely (do not recommend throughout all pregnancy at all) semi-finished products, sharp, fried, salty … Only healthy (useful) food. Not fat beef, rabbit flesh, light chicken meat and time a week – fish. Better in a boiled look (or just to boil casseroles, meatballs, quenelles pieces). In the summer experts recommend low-fat grades of ocean small fish. And about sushi – it is worth forgetting, the risk of poisoning with crude fish, especially is very high in the summer (you do not know for sure in what conditions she was prepared and stored and transportation in the hot car with a product will make nothing good). Your doctor can advise a bandage to you or you can appeal to it to help with the choice of suitable model. Also it is worth asking the doctor to tell how it is correct to put on a bandage (and it is better – to show). On the Internet it is full of instructions, but also according to them it is possible to mix something or to understand not so.

Practical advice at a heat. The daughter was born on August 2, and and above (the summer was very hot, and the apartment on sunny side) I was influenced by all delights of the third trimester in +30.

1. In the last 2 months took a shower on 3-4 times in a day. Regular rubdowns, leg baths … All this perfectly helps "to be cooled" and prevent hypostases.2. Under the scorching sun my legs increased in sizes directly in the eyes (from shop the house reached the person, completely different by the sizes) – not for nothing advise to stock up with the most comfortable and open footwear. Therefore every time in 20 minutes prior to an exit to the street it is necessary to use sunblock creams. 5. Avoid overheating on the street: you wear free, light clothes from the natural breathing fabrics of light colors; do not forget a headdress (perhaps even a hat with fields – and in addition protect a face from the scorching sun).6. Use the correct seat belts (and not only during a heat - just very important council, especially that who driving).

And finally there is a wish to tell: the British sociologists found out that the best English sprinters and football players were born on light in the summer; and still the people born in summer months less often suffer from completeness. So if you were inexpressibly lucky and the third trimester dropped out on hot season – let thoughts of the active kid who very soon will not allow you to miss, please you!
