Eternally busy parents, constant games in gadgets, lack of an opportunity (and also the unwillingness is frequent) to do sports lead to development in the child of a hypodynamia. Besides, children in such cases lose tactile communication, they are not sociable, closed and badly adapt in society subsequently. How to avoid these negative consequences?

The deficiency of the movement is a scourge of modern society. At the person the need to move – purchase on the Internet, entertainments in prefixes, work online just disappears. We involuntarily infect "immovability" and the children! Besides, the hypodynamia can be caused in the child by injuries, heredity, oxygen starvation even during pregnancy. Anyway – parents are guilty. Why? Because often they put the interests above, than the interests of the kid:

  • I have no time to go for a walk, play a prefix,
  • I am engaged at work, look in the evening at cartoons or esteem,
  • I was tired and I do not want to go to the park on the weekend.

Mothers are in time nothing and "walk" the kid of years to 5 in a carriage, on the way to shop. And if get out to walk, then constantly rebuff the child: do not soak a leg, do not climb in dirt, do not run, do not get etc., etc. We carry children to kindergarten and school by car, we prefer to a ladder the elevator. Very sad picture, truly? Let's change. Let's develop the children and to develop!

So what is is impossible? It is impossible:

  • to calm the active child where it is possible to play noisy and active games – at the playground, in the amusement park, in the square,
  • to feed the hyperactive kid soothing it is constant, trying to appease his violent temper – it such what he is,
  • to overfeed violently children, to allow to eat sweet and farinaceous food in unlimited number,
  • to allow to sit long at the computer or with the gadget in hands.

It is necessary to understand that the hypodynamia can lead to serious diseases already at early age. The lack of the movement provokes development in the child of diseases of the musculoskeletal device, a cardiovascular system, the respiratory system does not develop properly, the immunity decreases, intellectual development is slowed down, obesity of internals, and without emergence of external signs of this serious problem with health can begin.

What should I do? Everything is simple! To show activity and to be an example for the children. What can be better than family playing soccer, volleyball or hockey, visits of a skating rink or a campaign on skis?!! Even catching of butterflies a net is an adventure, this development of the child. Relax, sink into dotage at least for one or one and a half hours a day. Health and development of your child depends on you!

There is no time? Choose for the child section or a circle with active pastime – fight, swimming. Dances. If the kid is too closed and constraining, then ask the trainer to give several individual classes with your child before it enters into the main group.

Just walk – on the way to school, in kindergarten, shop, on a visit. Leave the car in a garage, let it will have a rest, and you and your child will walk, will communicate, breathe fresh air.
