Shaping and pregnancy

  • rapid restoration after the delivery.

Important! To begin to attend any sports classes during pregnancy it is possible only after visit of the gynecologist which will grant permission or will forbid similar actions.

Contraindications

So, the advantage of shaping is indisputable. Some restrictions nevertheless are available. They should be considered if the decision to start trainings is made:

  1. Trouble of heart and vessels. Increase in the movement of blood can be dangerous to a sick organism.
  2. Infections and viral diseases. Cold and flu too weakens an organism. It just will lack forces for a full-fledged training.
  3. Oncology. All forces are directed to fight against a disease. The sport will just quicker make an organism weakened
  4. Mental disorders. Trainings lead to excitement of nervous system that can cause an undesirable attack.
  5. GIT diseases. After increase in pre-natal or arterial blood pressure, problems with a stomach can become aggravated.
  6. Diseases of the musculoskeletal device. Rather strong loadings can provoke appearance of pains with which it is very difficult to cope.
  7. Period of postoperative restoration. This temporary contraindication: after the organism completely returns to normal, seams will begin to live, and bodies will take root, the sports can play again.

Recommendations about occupations

The basic rules of shaping are fair for all. But still nobody cancelled strict following to the recommendations of the trainer.

Among them there are such useful tips:

  1. Frequency of occupations has to be no more than 3 times a week.
  2. Trainings need to be held only under supervision of the experienced trainer who knows everything about features of shaping for pregnant women.
  3. Natural loss of moisture has to be offset by the additional use of water.
  4. Pulse within 140 beats per minute is a norm.
  5. It is important to watch body temperature. It is impossible to overheat an organism, it is fraught with consequences.
  6. Any sharp movements.
  7. Swimming is recommended after the occupation (it will relax a body).
