1. Define the middle of your menstrual cycle. For this purpose consider how many days pass from the first day of some monthly prior to the beginning of the following. Most often the cycle is formed 28 days. Then its middle falls on the 14th day. Normal the menstrual cycle makes from 21 to 35 days, at the same time its length can fluctuate for 1-2 days in various months.
2. Learn when you have an ovulation. Usually it comes in the middle of a menstrual cycle, but, depending on features of an organism of the woman, can pass also during other period. It occurs because spermatozoa are capable to survive in the woman's organism up to 7-10 days.
