These grants are paid from the federal budget through Social insurance fund. Instruction
1. They are paid by Social insurance fund. The mechanism of their registration and payment is well debugged. The working citizens can process all documents in the place of work. For this purpose in human resources department and accounts department it will be required to provide: - the reference from body the REGISTRY OFFICE about the child's birth (it is issued on the basis of the certificate of the birth from maternity hospital); - the certificate that the spouse did not receive these benefits in the place of work; - copy of the birth certificate; - statement for purpose of monthly and single grants.
2. Unemployed citizens provide the package of documents in local social security authorities (management or department on social protection of the population). The following documents are necessary: - passport of parents and their copy; - birth certificate of the child; - the certificate of family composition confirming registration; - the reference from bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE about the child's birth issued on the basis of the reference from maternity hospital; - the reference of the father that he did not receive benefits (if the father does not work - from social security authorities of the population in the place of its registration); - an extract from the service record, the military ID, the reference from educational institution or other document containing data on the last place of work; - the room of personal account in bank or the copy of the passbook into which grants will be transferred; - the application in which you ask to appoint payment of grants.
3. Separate categories of citizens can issue also other child allowances. It: - needy families; - large families; - citizens who were affected by radiation owing to the Chernobyl accident; - lonely mothers; - families of the military personnel or employees of the internal affairs which died on duty; - children of the military personnel passing military service; - disabled children. All these grants are made out in local social security authorities of the population. The list of documents is generally similar: - passports of parents and their copy; - birth certificates of children and their copy; - statement for purpose of payments; - extract from personal account or economic book; - the certificate of income level or the documents confirming lack of work; - the documents confirming a privilege; - personal account in bank for transfer of a grant.
