At the child's birth the parent or the replacing his face has the right for a lump sum. Its appointment is made at the address no later than half a year since the birth of the child. If children two or was born more, this type of a grant is paid on each of children.

Instruction
1. Provide the package of documents granting the right to one-time compensation at the birth or adoption of the child in regional department of Social insurance fund. The application form for purpose of this payment to you will be suggested to be filled in in an office of the Social Insurance Fund directly during registration.
2. References will be required – about the child's birth which is given by the REGISTRY OFFICE, and the document from the place of work of other parent confirming that the allowance was not granted to it there. If purpose of payment is carried out by body of a social security of the population, the extract from the military ID, the service record, other document confirming the last place of study or work is required.
3. Stock up with an extract from the decision on establishment of guardianship over the child if you are the person replacing parents. The copy of the document proving the identity where there is a mark about issue of the residence permit or the copy of the refugee certificate can be necessary.
4. At the request for purpose of a grant in the place of stay, actual accommodation the reference from bodies of a social security in the place of a registration that the allowance was not granted and paid will be required.
5. All documents are provided for consideration with accession of copies. The package of documents can be sent in the Social Insurance Fund by mail. The persons which are not taking place of work can issue payment in the Social Insurance Fund in the place of stay, residence; registration in MFC or online is in certain cases available.
