1. The first payment which is carried out by the state after appearance of the new little man on light is a lump sum at the birth of the child or by his transfer on education to family. One of parents of the kid or one of his trustees can issue this grant. It is necessary to file a petition on receiving a lump sum within half a year from the moment of the birth of the baby.
2. Payment of a lump sum at the birth of the child is carried out or in the place of work, or in the place of study of one of parents, or in RUSZN if mom and dad of the kid are the unemployed. It is made, as a rule, within 10 days from the moment of granting a package of necessary documents.
3. At the child's birth in the place of work you should provide for receiving a lump sum 2 passports, yours and the spouse, the birth certificate of the kid, a certain reference from the REGISTRY OFFICE, an account number on which payment and also the document from the place of work of the second parent confirming that he did not receive a lump sum has to arrive.
4. If you, and your soulmate are the unemployed, address for receiving a lump sum at the child's birth in RUSZN at the place of residence. For this purpose take both passports, yours and your spouse, the birth certificate of the child, the reference from the REGISTRY OFFICE, an account number where money, two service records with records about dismissal, your and second parent of the kid has to arrive. If you or your spouse never worked, provide in RUSZN the certificates, diplomas and other documents confirming absence at you or your spouse of work.
5. If you became happy parents of two or even three tots at once, the lump sum will be paid to you on each kid.
