1. For most of mothers of the whole world the breastfeeding does not become an obstacle in a way to aspiration to be beautiful. Mothers after the birth of the child continue to lead active lifestyle and to watch the appearance. This approach is supported also by consultants for breastfeeding. But at the same time the women nursing in aspiration should not look good to go to far. Therefore some of them ask a question – whether it is possible to paint hair and at the same time not to do much harm to the child. The modern painting structures inspire not in all trust in this plan.
2. Yet there are no researches which convincingly would prove that this procedure has negative impact on health of the kid or on quality of breast milk. But there are also no such researches which would confirm full safety of the procedure. Some degree of risk nevertheless is available. For example, at a breath hazardous substances from paint can get through lungs to blood and pass into breast milk. But when following to certain rules it is possible to minimize these risks. Whether it is worth painting hair of the nursing mother, first of all she has to solve. This action does not constitute obvious danger to the child.
3. Choose for coloring paint without the content of ammonia or on a natural basis, for example, a basma or henna. Such approach not only will ensure full safety for the child, but also will keep the woman's hair healthier.
4. Carry out the standard test for lack of allergic reactions before beginning the procedure of coloring. Even if you used such paint without any consequences earlier, will not prevent to check anew – change of a hormonal background after pregnancy and childbirth can lead to other reactions of an organism.
5. You carry out coloring only indoors which is well ventilated. So perhaps considerably to reduce concentration of poisonous volatiles which in the course of coloring usually do not evaporate. After the procedure is ended, by all means walk down the street.
