It is possible to think that the small child does not understand the human speech before itself learns to speak, cannot answer parents and therefore to talk about something serious to him to anything. There is this process long before development of the accurate speech in the child.

It is necessary to communicate with babies to parents in various ways, but the main among them two: imitating the speech of the child or in style, habitual for the adult, as though you communicate as equals. With the kid any parent, so little children and nice cannot avoid a baby talk, and there is a wish to touch them for cheeks, to tell them something gentle and lovely. Do not refuse to the kid such communication, so you will show it basic sounds: "aga", "mom", "dad", "woman", intonation of expressions, teach bases of the native language from which then the child will put the first word. Parents, talking in language of the baby, subconsciously understand that so they become closer and more clear to it, the child catches more accurately intonation which to it is wanted to be informed.
3. But you should not be fond of a baby talk nevertheless. In the daily speech the people so do not talk, and therefore the baby needs to learn to say how adults, but not to them to adapt to his dialect. Devote the most part of the communication with the child to a usual manner of a conversation, tell it about what you are going to make, describe actions which already you do. And, it is not necessary to pronounce the faceless words "it" or "it", call things by their proper names: "The bear cub will sleep", "Sashenka ate". You in this case should adopt, of course, an initiative in communication, for this purpose ask questions independently and answer them, comment on actions of the kid.
4. It is necessary to talk to the child openly and honestly, he will always notice falseness. And at the same time he will answer you. After a while you will already manage to distinguish that the child's festivities mean: joy, offense, boredom and that crying means: loss, hunger, pain. Almost the child will answer any phrase of mother with sounds, it is not the speech yet, but already its rudiments which in process of development of the child will be improved.
5. The kid has to see mother's articulation how her lips how expression changes move, he surely has to watch a talk, constantly hear the native speech - differently as he will be able to remember a huge number of words, will learn to repeat after adults and to reproduce words and offers? Therefore as often as possible talk to the child, keeping visual contact, let's it touch your lips and a face in the course of communication. So the kid will be able to remember better an articulation of the adult and to reproduce it in the future.
6. For the best speech development read to the small child as much as possible. Use for this purpose children's verses and songs - the kid perceives rhythmic expressions much better, than the usual speech. Some psychologists for a speech development of the child advise to read children's fairy tales by classics - in them the amazing figurativeness is imprinted and the excellent lexicon contains.
