The general exhaustion can lead to emergence of problems with women's functions — to absence monthly and to other not palatable things.

If the teenager resolved to go on a diet, it is very important to help him to make the balanced diet which has to contain all the elements, necessary for health. It is desirable to consult with the doctor about vitamin supplements and mineral complexes, any diet at teenage age has to be followed by intake of good vitamins. Ideally it is necessary to suggest the teenager just to reduce quantity flour, sweet and fat in a diet, but not to refuse it absolutely. Explain to him that fats are necessary for the correct work of an organism therefore it is impossible to refuse completely them, tell about advantage of nonsaturated fatty acids, for example, an omega-3 which need to be eaten regularly. Draw the attention of the child that physical activities will help it more, than diets as the young organism very effectively reacts to any exercises.
