1. Extra-uterine pregnancy - a state at which fetal egg is fixed not in a uterus cavity, and beyond its limits. It can be located in uterine tubes, in an abdominal cavity. It is the serious pathology demanding immediate medical intervention.
2. One of differences of extra-uterine pregnancy from normally developing consists in not enough rapid growth of a horionichesky gonadotrophin in blood and urine. In attempt to diagnose it by means of the standard house test the woman quite can receive reliable result. The test will show pregnancy existence as its organism already began to produce specific hormone.
3. The test strip can quite show and negative result if the express analysis is carried out too early. The HGCh level at extra-uterine pregnancy grows in biological liquids rather slowly therefore it is better to make the test not earlier than in 4-5 days after a periods delay.
4. By means of the test for pregnancy it is impossible to define authentically whether pregnancy is extra-uterine. It is possible when receiving blood tests which need to be handed over in each several days. If the HGCh level increases in blood too slowly, or will remain at the same level, it is possible to suspect extra-uterine pregnancy. Only the doctor can make more exact diagnosis.
5. For diagnostics of extra-uterine pregnancy the experts direct patients to ultrasonography. Only by means of this way it is possible to detect this pathology on early terms. It is possible to suspect existence of extra-uterine pregnancy and by results of gynecologic survey. In this case the uterus practically does not increase in sizes that obviously indicates development of fetal egg beyond its limits.
